Roadtamer trapped a doctor on Jun.20 to introduce the harm of smoking to all staff, giving suggestion how to give up smoking effectively and healthily. It is really difficult for people to give up smoking. To encourage the staff to give up smoking, the one who signed an agreement would be awarded RMB100 per month for the first year. However, the one who still could not stop smoking in the second year would be fined. This meaningful activity caused a stir in the company, 47 staffs signed the agreement.
