Roadtamer has more than 30 years of experience in designing and manufacturing hydraulic product. Since its establishment, the factory has introduced a complete set of international advanced shock absorber manufacturing technology, research and developing testing facilities. There are R&D Center, Propertype Center and Test Center. More than 10% of employees are engineers, and more than 5% of annual sales revenue is used for application development and new technologies research. Computer aided design and testing are fully used. Based on FMEA, APQP and PPAP, each product pursues zero defect quality, focusing on failure prevention and cost analysis; each product is verified by a comprehensive set of tests, such as material physical and chemical analysis, performance test, intensified fatigue test, salt spray test and high and low temperature test, to ensure quality and reliability.   

         In line with the industrial principle of "high starting point, mass production and specialization", Roadtamer introduced advanced international production facilities and manufacturing technology at the beginning. There is one tube processing line for SACHS, four automatic ultrasonic cleaning lines, two tube processing line, four sub-assembly lines and assembly lines, an automatic electrostatic painting line, and a production line for hydraulic cylinder, to achieve an annual capability of 5 million high-quality shock absorbers and hydraulic cylinders.

        With the philosophies of "first-class manufacturing", Roadtamer pays close attention on on-site management, promotes TPS and JIT production to increase efficiency and reduce production costs by continuously improvement.
