Roadtamer possesses its own Technical Center, Trial-Production Center and Test Center. More than 10% of Roadtamer employees are professional R&D staff and more than 5% of Roadtamer sales income is spent on the development and application of new products and technology. Computer-aided design and test are adopted, which helps to construct a new product development and research system that is quite advanced in China and in keeping with international standard. Close attention is paid to defect prevention and quality cost analysis; FMEA, APQP, PPAP and Quality management policy of zero defective products are applied in the design and development of every product. In addition, a complete set of comprehensive test is adopted for each product at every stage of production to ensure the product reliability, appointed staff should be held responsible for the quality responsibility and quality function. The full set of comprehensive test includes Physical and Chemical Analysis of Materials, Performance Test, and Fatigue Intensifying Test, Salt Spray Test and High/Low Temperature Test. All the above points form the very competitiveness of Roadtamer products.
Roadtamer introduces in internationally advanced production equipment and manufacturing technology, possesses a full set of production system and raw materials of superior quality, which guarantees the good quality of the products. Currently there are four SACHS tube processing lines, one automatic ultrasonic cleanness line, four sub-assembly and assembly lines, one automatism static painting line, and one production line for power cylinder. The annual production capability of Roadtamer reaches 5,000,000 sets of both auto shock absorbers and hydraulic cylinders.
By sticking to the guideline “manufacturing the first-grade products”, Roadtamer pays close attention to production management, accelerates TPS and JIT production, keeps improving its productivity and decreasing the cost.
