We have built an efficient and professional shock absorber tuning system covering the full workflow from bench testing to complete vehicle deployment. Committed to optimizing overall ride comfort and handling performance, we deliver one-stop solutions from data testing to on-vehicle validation. Our precise tuning helps create an ultimate driving and riding experience.

Mobile Damper Tuning Workstations

① Roadtamer’s laboratory is equipped with three mobile tuning workstations. They can be flexibly deployed at OEM facilities and test sites on demand, enabling quick on-site response and tuning.

② Each workstation is equipped with an advanced electromagnetic servo dynamometer (CTW, USA). It precisely acquires the shock absorber's indicator characteristics and damping curves, delivering reliable data for tuning.

③ Our tuning team has more than 10 years of professional experience and over 20 overseas tuning projects. It takes full responsibility for the whole tuning, testing and data delivery process.


Comprehensive Test Facility for Automotive NVH and Suspension Ride Comfort

The test track fully simulates real-world driving conditions to systematically validate and optimize shock absorber performance under various operating conditions. Specific test surfaces include:

① Basic Vibration Test Zone: High & Low Step Road, Washboard Road, Speed Bump, Long-Wave Road

② Extreme Condition Simulation Zone: Potholed Roads, Irregular Broken Roads

③ Composite Vibration Simulation Zone: Rough Bumpy Road, Cobblestone Road

④ Chassis Performance Evaluation: Twist Road

⑤ Special Pavement Simulation: Coarse Asphalt Road, Belgian Pavé
